Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Jennifer Kubenka has deep roots in the Lone Star State. Jennifer brings more than two decades of extensive experience to her role. Her passion for real estate was kindled in childhood, accompanying her grandfather and great-grandfather to investment and rental properties in Houston.

A strong foundation in the industry supports Jennifer’s career in real estate. Prior to getting her real estate license in 2013, Jennifer was a leading New Home Consultant for Newmark Homes in Austin and later for Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes in New Braunfels, the premier custom home builder in Central Texas.

The Kubenka Real Estate Team was honored to be recognized as the "2014 Rookie Team of the Year" from Keller Williams Heritage, awarded among over 800 agents. The Kubenka Real Estate Team continues to stand out in the residential real estate sector. Jennifer’s qualifications include designations such as Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®).

Jennifer resides in New Braunfels with her husband, Darrell, and their daughters, Sloan (14) and Avery (12). Sloan attends Canyon High School, and Avery is a student at Church Hill Middle School. The family, along with their beloved pets, Lucy the Shih-poo and German Shorthair Pointers, Jenny and June, are active members of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church are involved in the local Comal County 4-H Club and Canyon FFA.

Jennifer, along with her daughters, is a proud member of National Charity League, Inc., New Braunfels Chapter. Jennifer also enjoys the great outdoors, especially hunting and fly fishing with the Fly Girl Society and Texas Women's Fly Fishers. She is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association and a lifetime member of the National Sporting Clays Association. She's also a lover of live music, often found enjoying local concerts and festivals or floating the Comal River.
